Thriller and mystery..!! personally I love these genres. cause this is my favorite genre so I have a good collection of it. Is it just me, or is there something sooo… satisfying about reading a book that really challenges you to figure out how it’s going to end before you get to the last page? That’s the best part about reading mystery books. during reading Mystery, Thriller Books, It feels like you’re racing against the book to solve the crime, and then you’re like I’m not the one in danger, so who cares what happens?

1. Anatomy of a Murder by Robert Traver

This lawyer related entertainment is in the form of criminal case. in other words its a Courtroom drama. Anatomy of a Murder is written by a Supreme Court Justice with pseudonym Robert Traver.

Story follows the lawyer Paul Biegler whose client Frederick Manion, accused of murdering an innkeeper. While the case is totally against Manion, his unreliable behavior leaves room for challenges against conviction, and that’s where Biegler and his seemingly laid-back attitude comes in. This thrilling courtroom drama will keep you on the edge of your seat, wondering how this lawyer can argue such an impossible case. 

2. My Sister, the Serial Killer by Oyinkan Braithwaite

In My Sister, the Serial Killer. Korede has a sister who has a tendency to date horrible men — men so bad that she has to kill them, “in self-defense”. Korede doesn’t report or question this — her sister is family, after all, and Korede goes to great lengths to protect her family.

But when her sister starts approaching one of his coworker that Korede likes, his sister begins to wonder how far is too far. Braithwaite’s novel is bleakly humorous and as wild as forest.

3. And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie

This is the best selling mystery book of all time, by Agatha Christie. It’s impossible to talk about mystery novels without thinking of this book. Amongst all of Agatha’s work none has a story quite as impeccably crafted as And Then There Were None, which explains the reason of huge success of this book. 

This story follows ten people who are brought together, for various reasons, to an empty mansion on an island as weekend guests of an unseen eccentric millionaire.

These strangers have secrets to keep, but one by one they are murdered. They all have something in common, though—they each have a wicked past they’re hiding, a secret that seals their fate. Only the dead are above suspicion.

4. Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn

This is one of the Best Mystery, Thriller Book. Story features a couple Nick and Amy Dunne, they seem to have it all, but Amy goes missing on their fifth wedding anniversary. All indications point to Nick, and as the police and media close in on him, things take a new turn. Amy isn’t who everyone thought she was, but neither is Nick. As lies, deceits, and inappropriate behavior stack up, you’re left to wonder if Nick is really a killer. This thrilling mysterious drama will keep you on the edge of your seat, wondering whose the Killer.

5. In Cold Blood by Truman Capote

In this masterpiece, Truman Capote takes us to the small town of Holcomb, Kansas, the entire Clutter family was murdered by a shotgun held inches from their faces. This story takes readers to the woody outskirts in Ireland, where a girl age 12, found dead. Two detective Cassie and Rob are assigned the case, this case reminds Rob, the mystery of his childhood, which happened in these same woods. when they make their way through the crime scene and interrogate girl’s parents and friends, Rob’s past keep coming infront of him,.

As Thrilling as it is alluring, it is more than just a mystery book. it points out the tale of family ties and childhood trauma and also underline the importance of loving and safe environment to growing ups.

7. The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins

Rachel Watson takes a train from her home into the city center everyday, and to kill the time, she often spends much of it looking at the same houses that pass by her. She makes up stories for the lives she observes, stories that are better than her own, free of divorce and alcoholism.

One day, she witnesses something that turns Rachel from a mere observer of the lives of this particular street to an active participant in it. 

The Girl on the Train is yet another suspenseful read that uses unreliable narrators to the full. Its intertwining perspectives will take turns changing your mind as to who is the real threat in this domestic drama. 

8. Eye of the Needle by Ken Follett

9. Dead Until Dark by Charlaine Harris

This book also have a Vampire story going on. Did you know the books that inspired True Blood are actually mystery novels? Sure, Sookie Stackhouse doesn’t work as a detective. She’s a waitress with a vampire boyfriend. But her ability to hear people’s thoughts does come in handy when girls start disappearing in Bon Temps.

10. Big Little Lies by Liane Moriartry

Big Little Lies follows the lives of Madeline, Celeste, and Jane. Madeline’s ex-husband and his new wife have moved into the community, and she finds her youngest child is in the same kindergarten class as their daughter.

Celeste is so beautiful, but she’s a bit flustered at times. Single mom Jane is younger than the other parents and has secret doubts about her son. The crux of their relationships is the dangerous little lies they tell themselves to survive.
